I think our problem, @Peter Walther, is differences in the law among different states.Of course I agree that if a court doesn't have jurisdiction then it's not competent to render a decision and that many lack of standing defenses don't have merit.

Account Closed I've done well with plenty of $30K houses, granted in my market they usually need another $30k in rehab but when the ARV is $125k-ish it's money well spent.The merits of cheap houses aside, be careful when you cross collateralize anything regardless of property class or value.

Of course tenant attorney says there is no cause, tenant pays and there is no merit to the termination.Termination letter served (sent by PM 90 days prior that puts end date at 2/29/2024) is based on a lease paragraph stating tenant did not abide by lease regarding “agrees no drugs or other illegal substances will be used, manufactured, sold, or distributed, on, or from the property.”

The best the Conservative leadership could do at that point was to jump on board the "death panel" train and try to solidify its merit, as logic was already out the window.I firmly believe that this bill could have been overturned (at least in the minds of the American public) with a bit of serious, logical rebuttal which would have forced the Democrats to revisit much of the bill...but one stupid argument from the right pretty much solidified its acceptance with the American people.That's the danger of basing your arguments on emotion as opposed to logic.And again, just my opinion...
