Considering how closely this plays a role in property investing (Working with Contractors, Realtors, Property Managers & Mortage Brokers) has me wondering why we don't spend more time digging for someone we can truly trust.Trust is the foundation of our lives, we trust that our food will be cooked when we go to eat it, that our homes will be there when we get back and that others are not actively trying to harm us.
