Didn't like it, but the more I did it, the more comfortable I got and armed with product knowledge, I usually got what I wanted at the prices at I wanted.

Yet, even though he knew I was only in Miami temporarily and I had already explicitly told him I did not want to buy a condo...ALL he wanted to talk to me about was these "great underground" deals for below market prices on new condo high rises going up.So...wait...let me get this straight.

My mortgage broker is saying that the rate on rental Fannie Mae ARMs is very bad compared to 30yr/15yr fixed.

My local portfolio lender has been great with me....We financed 3 properties through fixed rate conventional mortgages then we went on the commercial side and have done about 7 ARMs.
