Im currently filling up a park in Houston and if its a nice lower cost home, i might be interested in bringing it into a park and working out an inventive package.

The company claimed to be a total package company (i.e lending, property management, etc.)Please feel free to suggest any reputable turnkey companies in the Houston market.I am looking to buy a "build to rent" fourplex or triplex with owner-occupied. 

This has lead me to look into turnkey properties and the companies that provide the whole package for out of state investors.  

I am trying to figure out how to analyze a packaged deal. 

(we also have a relocation package that we need to use up in 6 months)So if my goal is to move out of that duplex in two years after finding another permanent home, will I have trouble getting another substantial loan (I am on a W2)?

But a basic turn-key package was going to run me $175,000 - $185,000  in addition to what I had into it and the numbers didn't work at that price.So now I have a nice 1 acre lot with a foundation, well, and electric for $25,000. 

Usually we do a compensation package that is detailed to the needs of both.

Fortunately, the 2 that I encountered still had respect for their home and didn't create a lot of damage.

But at the end of the day someone is asking for 915k for a 21 unit/4 property package that is bringing in 13k a month.
