I'm not sure how you can make money there and if you can make it safely, even more so if you're a foreigner.I generally avoid Asian countries because of the inferior treatment of foreigners when it comes to property ownership.

In my 20's I wanted to house flip but this was before it was popular and being female, I didn't have the support at the time (dating myself here) so I ending up doing business administration for the past 20+ years.
