I have been a Realtor for 10 years over at the KW office in Blue Bell and Conshy.

I buy blue collar 3 bed 1 bath and I have certainly had a lot of ups and downs but it's worth it to me.

It is a 4/2/3 in a blue collar area, Pasadena, TX.

Invested in nothing but solid blue chips, no speculative investments.

Most people I know, in business, pay the price, exploit the market, or do it themselves, rather than worry about why the sky isn't green instead of blue. 

Why would one want to ever invest in blue states especially if there is no cashflow.

While working a utility issue with the PM and tenant, I was informed out of the blue by my property manager (who also had found and vetted the tenant) last week that the tenant had actually finished out the basement.

Oh and go TRUE BLUE !
