Just trying to get as much information as possible since this will be a huge leap for us into this type of investment. 

People really value a spa type of treatment and depending on where you are, it could make a real difference. 

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I am not sure what type of real estate investing you're considering, but it sounds like, with your family and busy job, you won't have a lot of time to be hands-on or personally involved.

Be sure to investigate the varying product types. 

I would find all of the places in my area that posted apartment listings and literally put my listing there and pay for any advertising product that was available to push my listing to the front.
