Good morning BP, I’ve been really interested is learning more about real estate syndications and one thing i always hear and read about is to learn from someone.

When a lease or state regulations say to pay by such and such date that is the date that late fees can be charged not the date the rent is late.If rent is due on the 1st and not received by midnight then you issue a pay or quit notice the very next morning.

Now I schedule my appointments first thing in the morning or go take a look right away.

I received a text stating, "Good morning.

Good Morning, for anyone reading this now.

She did notify me this morning that she plans to pay the november rent, with late fees. 

I paid my mortgage for the first time this month ($866) and was just informed this morning that my rent payment of $1,350 was collected.
