I'm in CA - what do you think a remodel would cost if you were going to go through a fairly extensive remodel -- kitchen/bath/blow out a wall?

In addition it takes people a while to build their business into a steady stream of income while working to do so you need to learn the business and market yourself extensively.

Does anyone have a recommendation for CPA who has extensive experiences on Private Family Trust in particular on using the 990-PF form? 

They have an extensive training program that includes 100's of hours of online training as well as a mentorship program.

The lease which I think seems pretty extensive/quite good belongs to the management company that is currently managing the property.

The plumbing is concealed but I have pretty extensive pictures of the work as it was being done. 

I do not have any direct experience but I have heard that in my current and extensive learning about investing education. 

foundations are pretty common issues i have found in Texas and other parts of the deep south.issue is how extensive do you need to cut water sewer lines.. patch cracks in the walls then repaint etc.some areas are simply worse than others.. and some builders got away with minimum foundation thickness that will be a constant problem..  

Then the judge automatically give them a 30 day extension even if it is vacant.
