My why is simple, the greatest gift on earth is life!

Use technology as much as possible (Google Earth, Maps, etc) to get an idea of the neighborhoods2.  

We do a lot to come up with lists...starting with Google Earth to identify parks with at least 30 spaces.

I love listening not only to learn about real estate, but I find myself compelled to the relatable, down to earth personalities of Josh, Brandon, and literally every guest they interview.

So how on earth did this graduate student become interested in real estate?

I aim to keep increasing my giving until my days on this earth are over.

Lay it all over the exposed earth, tape all the seams with vinyl tape.

I have seen cases where a house shows up on the google earth pictures, only to find out later that the house is no longer there... razed by code enforcement.

Let’s agree that state by state it varies, my broker straight up hedged to the end of the earth and wouldn’t tell me what I should charge for commission.
