Will mini-splits with A/C command a higher price?

They’ve got money for cigarettes beer and dog food before they pay their obligations This scripture says it all :“For even when we were with you, this we commanded you: that if any would not work, neither should he eat.” 

They can provide heat in the winter and A/C in the Summer, which is often a competitive advantage and can command higher rent.

But we're also in a weird housing market where urban areas all over the country are facing housing shortages leading to sky high home prices that just can't seem to command their fair share in rent.

Also, I’ll be ending my MBA this December and coming out of command too so my time schedule will free up significantly.

As for what I am missing etc, most of the places I am generally looking at are small enough to not need those expenses, (self admin, insurance already added into formula etc) or command that type of premium.

Senior housing tends to command much higher rents per door than that and higher end finishes.

The only way it could be look at as fraternization is if someone was in your husband's chain of command, which I doubt that would ever happen. 

You’ll need a house that can command a higher monthly rent.

That immediately reduces the rate you can command because as you rightly said, nomads are going to expect a private bathroom if they are paying a premium.
