Each unit has 2 bedrooms, one full bathroom (with a jacuzzi tub and shower), a basement, garage, and back deck. 

(Roof, Deck, Septic) We have no debt, but not a ton of cash to spend should they all occur simultaneously.

Granite is easily cut with the proper wet saw and Diamond blade. 

Update 1/5/15Since the last post we've done the following:- Started removing laminate flooring (decking underneath)- Sanded cabinets- Patched a few drywall holes in the basement- Painted stove range and hood- Removed laminate backsplashPhotos:The paint for the range and the hood was Rustoleum High Heat (Home Depot).
