Let's definitely compare notes.But let's do it offline: My two good typing fingers are nearly worn out!

The ones I can't put my finger on are things like appraisal fees, contractor quotes, anything I might have to pay a title company for an assignment deal (if anything), and how much I should expect to pay on a double-close deal.

I did get an itchy trigger finger because I wanted my first property.  

I am crossing my fingers regarding the foundation inspection. 

The vendors who are closing the most deals for their clients are going to (usually) be the ones with their finger on the pulse of the market, with more access to off market and pocket listings and vendor recommendations after you close (your cleaners, handymen, etc). 

I’ve had so many deals slip through my fingers for one reason or another: not pulling the trigger fast enough, being too timid, just bad timing or not knowing what to do with the property.

You can make that argument to a stranger on the internet until your fingers are numb, I just hope you don’t ever have to use that in front of a judge.
