The last unoccupied unrented unit my sister agreed to rent from me (yeah I know never do business with family!!!)  

Side note, my sister and her family just moved to Charlotte from Bergen County in July of this year.

They are true 6" lumber so they may make me sister them worst case scenario.

My sister down in Texas decides to move from her current apartment to a new one and me being fed up with having to work all the time to pay my loans decide to say screw and go town to Texas with my brother to help her move, sort of a mini working vacation if you will.

hi my trying to get the equity out of a house that sister owns in Florida.

All he has is his parents and 2 brothers/1 sister.

There are 4 sisters bickering over what to do with this place - hence the time it's taken to get this to a point of signing a contract (they called last December).

My sister may even be at the show.  

Homeaway has 1/2 dozen "sister" sites (including vrbo).  

However, my sister and I will be looking for our first property to flip in July (when I will receive the profit from the sale of my personal home in Virginia).
