Take care and stay safe. been walking in the desert  went over to death valley  so just day drives with no interaction with anyone.. we have electric vehicle so we don't even go to gas station :)  I work from home so during the week still busy with my projects

It is nice if you're blasting out the same doc to lots of people... but if you're not, Adobe Acrobat works well for single contracts too.Regarding call forwarding apps -- definitely listen to what people recommend, but your team will interact differently, so try a few and see what works best for you.

I believe the $1700 is a fair market price for this property since the for similar units in this neighborhood, the Median and Average rents are $1773 and $1825 respectively.In the first few months of ownership, I want to be discreet in my interactions with the tenants as it may result in unit vacancies during the period that my cash flow is recovering from the closing and initial repair costs.

There is a piece of me that thinks that even if I drop my price, people still won't show interest because of fear of coming to a showing or other interactions associated with getting a new apartment.I was also kicking around the idea of an "adjustable rent" type of strategy where I offer rent at say $500 per month for three months to weather this storm, then it jumps back up to market price (defined in the lease).
