@Jennifer Petrillo, usually if it is Female owned business you can get favorable loans and help from the SBA, there may be other government benefits as well.All the LLC's i filed are single member, i have one that at the time it was formed, there were 4 of us as Members,  i had my lawyer draft everything. i am not sure if there are instructions for the sites and i do not want to steer you towards the wrong thing, best you check out the sites and see if they explain how to fill out what you need.

In my opinion, it's a money grab, and governments love revenue, so I believe it will continue and eventually be the norm in most places if they are popular.

You would not need to have a pristine property, the US Government wants to rehab older properties and incentivizes investment, a win-win for them. 

And if this was the only time. 2) Ask for an Elevation Certificate  (link here if you don't know what it is)  3) try to get a DECLARATION page (same link if you don't know what it is) reason being a savvy agent can port over the rate if the seller is getting a killer rate due to government subsidies. 4) you can either shop the NFIP and private flood market to make sure you are getting the best price and best coverage. 5) make sure you are working with an agent that understands flood insurance (ask how many flood policies they have under 700 - Not an expert) 6) Google search "Lloyds of London flood insurance" know there is more than one option and you can hire a firm to shop them all or do it yourself. 7) Google search "Private flood Insurance" Know there are a great number of alternative to the government program (NFIP) and they are not all equal so again working with a flood expert could make this option a much easier option. 8) ask your loan officer or realtor if they know of anyone that really understand flood insurance and an expert agent that can make sure that the loan closing isn't delayed due to incompetence in this field. 9) let me know if I can help.

Welfare Dept liens as well as Revenue Dept leins since they are from the STATE government, they supersede the COUNTY Tax Claim Bureau.

The money is great and you get to provide amazing experiences to people.However, local governments are starting to get their hands into it.

Like Mihir its a decent area......i have an acquaintance that owns a body shop just south of that area......thats the only time i would go down there...... im a car guy.......and that area and south of it has a lot of body shops and machine/speed shops like automotion, RPM, quinlan....etc
