This is totally a function of cost and scale of what you trying to manage.

We had met at a function completely unrelated to real estate.

After looking at a ton of properties you'll be able to make a quick visual call on the value of the property (what the property is worth to you).

It seems like a great opportunity to generate positive cash flow and passive income which is what I'm striving for, but it seems like to even have my first property to function fully I would need systems and staff in place.
