Highlight the benefits of selling: One of the most convincing arguments you can make is to emphasize the advantages of selling the home.

I can’t emphasize this point enough.

I've noticed investors emphasize some metrics over others.

As a professional investor over 10 years I have always emphasized quality over quantity.

I graduated from college and got a business degree that emphasized real estate.  

Learning the skills will be on you, and if you join the right office, they will teach you a lot about pricing properties, learning to finance, selling skills, and of course, a lot of emphasizes will be on finding clients, writing contracts and negotiation skills.If you intend to sell real estate full or part-time, it will be worth it.

As entrepreneur, emphasize my great abilities and knowledge to interpersonal communications in order to always carry out good business.

I say this upfront to emphasize the point.  

Change your story each month as different stories will resonate with different people AND use each story to emphasize one of your “who do you know…” questions.

This is what is taught in college real estate courses (Real estate 101, 102, etc), SOME of which may be taught in real estate broker training courses (although this part is not emphasized), and is taught in coursework leading to the CCIM and MAI designations.
