It should be noted that there is nothing in the lease that states tenants are allowed to store any belongings in the shared space at all.Tenants are leaving their clothes in the shared washer/drier for days until they get moldy.

that is funny that the original plan did have those closets, the door placement is probably because when full of clothes, the closets don't have walking room to the end, merely 'reaching' room.the 4 foot shelf of wasted space is probably meant for extra linens/towels/etc. it is odd that you have to go through a bathroom to get to that back room. that wasn't thought out very well.

Beyond the the slab floor part there is about 2 feet of damp dirt then raises up to a crawl space that is dry. by the appearance of these walls does it look like some concrete repair work was done at some point or do you think it was built this way back in 1956. thanks in advance
