This property is in a higher end Florida community, or at least the home prices are $75K to $100K above the average therefore properties command some nicer finishes in this neighborhood.

I also agree with the resale value assessments at $700-$750k and where this home is will not command the same level of attention and rapid resale as the ones very close and behind the gates.

For me that would mean trying to fine six tenants all at the same time.If I was thinking about building on spec and selling, I would likely be focusing on other areas that are zoned single family which command higher prices, and build a single family house (which sell for more $/ft2).

. * I have no idea if you can do this as someone that does not intend to live there, that would be the first question to ask before you waste too much of your time.But ya, in theory this should be something that really helps veterans command a premium price for the home they are selling, but in practice does not.
