I advise to keep an eye on the outlying parts of the metro area such as Buckeye, Maricopa, San Tan, Queen Creek, Gila Bend, Coolidge, etc.

My wife and I are decent people who bend over backwards trying to treat our tenants decently and kindly, even though it's supposed to be a business with an appropriate business-like attitude.
