You can have as many DSCR loans as the DSCR program your are applying for will allow you to have.

They also have a comprehensive education program that would help you as you're getting started. 

And "better or worse" might be a little relative...so it's best to find out the information about going either way from your program administrators so you can compare the two options.Hope that makes sense.

OCU has a very intense Musical Theatre and Dance programs.

Be sure to check the program household income limits for your county as well. 

I love being near colleges with exceptional graduate programs and you can often get on the housing registry for adjunct faculty coming in for a one year stay.

You need to develop and stick to a much more stringent screening program to avoid this becoming a regular occurence.

Secondary loan programs require a permanently installed, thermostatically controlled heating source.
