HM had not really thought about doomsday in a crowdfunding venue...

I have it under contract at a great price ($45,000) but i'm having a hard time finding the best venues for getting it sold.I've been talking to brokers that work with churches, but can't seem to find any in that area.

I'll be there Friday for a week on vacation, you want to meetup following Wed/Thur for a coffee I'm in.  

There's a few different venues you can take to start out.  

Im looking to begin more active networking in a few months (weddings sure do take a lot of time!).

Anyone have any recommendation for a good meeting venue in the Central Jersey area?

@Marcia LangleyOur plan is to rent the house we're negotiating on for multiple uses - weddings, vacations, events in town, but also as a possible short term weekly or monthly rental for corporate or academic groups.  

Finally after moving around after college for jobs and then paying for a wedding I am ready to make the plunge.

We have to save for a car for her before winter, and we also have to pay for a wedding. 

Was driving up to a wedding in Danvers, MA yesterday and my fiance told me she was searching for a real estate podcast to listen to, found biggerpockets.com, and here I am less than 24 hours later.
