My wife and I enjoy watching those shows for entertainment and to soak in different ideas on design choices like where/when to remove walls, kitchen layouts, etc.Their market is different than ours, and the P&L's are drastically oversimplified to the point that I'd never expect to replicate their results.    

Make sure you click on the Learn tab at the top of the page to soak up as much real estate knowledge as possible by listening to the podcast.

Don't spend your seed money on a course telling you how to spend your money.

Hey everyone, I've been lurking/checking out Biggerpockets for about 6 months now and have been just trying to soak up as much knowledge about the buy and hold technique.

I now have the seed money I need to properly promote my business.

Being new to this type of investing, I am soaking in everything I can to make sure I am building the knowledge to make good decisions.

For the past few months I've been searching and soaking up as much knowledge as possible.
