I've done some of own research online and in videos but would love some insight from brokers or investors that have done this themselves.

Please give me some resources of videos, books, blogs, etc.

Our local rental management company take 25% and we pay for all listings on VRBO/Homeaway/TripAdvisor/Flipkey, photos, videos, etc.

I am a youtube newbie and have made a number of videos about the pros and cons.

I use Chat GPT to help me practice Spanish since I found a video about it on YouTube.

Find Brandon's videos on YouTube for the "four square" method of analyzing homes and practice.

Go over it slowly, highlight the really important parts  and be very clear with expectations and possible consequences.Second-  Do  a walk through video  (3-5 mins) clearly showing the condition of the house at the date you acquired it, open blinds, show smoke detectors, show any damages-- anything good or bad.
