Last year (in a flip) we had professionally installed vinyl flooring glued to a perfectly good subfloor & because of a very hot humid summer it was a peeling/lifting in spots nightmare.Definitely not something I would be prepared to experiment with but would be interested in following your progress. 

He can spray either interior or exterior in one day, assuming it is masked off well.

If the prop is listed as an B- but a quick Google Earth shows tire-less cars on lawns and peeling paint, it’s time to walk away.Of course, market research is extremely important, but nothing beats looking people in the eye.

It rarely turns out to be peel back some wallpaper, slap some paint and its good to go.

But don’t worry, I kept all the windows and doors firmly locked tight and didn’t use a gas mask.

I tried to do a regular FHA but the house didn't qualify (peeling paint, 40 year old furnace etc).

I also like to add a piece of banana peel.

Simple issues like repainting the ceiling where the paint is peeling due to them overflowing the bathtub and leaving it long enough to have the water seep through the floor of the bathroom and leak through the kitchen ceiling.
