If I set up a wireless router and give all of them access to it, can I be held accountable if any of the tenants download illegal music or hack a government website or something?

They are loud and always fighting late at night, always banging on the walls, playing music and video games so loud that it vibrates the walls.

It comes with the iphones.Don't drink on the job, don't play loud music on the job (earphones are your friend), don't lear at the lady renters (you are there for business), and dressing like a (successful) workman in clean clothes everyday will probably go a long way in making a good first impression, on both the owner and the renter.Clean boots or shoes are a positive.

People in the TV business are going with .tv and people in the music business sometimes choose domain names ending in .fm.
