So I always tell my investors this: "It's not up to me to sell you on the merits of investing in a given country/location to influence you to invest in my deals.

Agents like to work on listings because it’s more product use of their time versus the reward than representing buyers.Working for an investor will certainly have its merits as well.

@Brittney Cain  I believe all you asked is whether it was legal, not for everyone to weigh in on the moral merit of you refusing to move the car. 

Determining the sustainable of each attribute and if, when added together, the merits of each of these five factors makes the park compelling to buy is the main job of due diligence.

Not ALL principles hold their merit forever.

If they don't/didn't follow the lien law requirements you could get it quashed on it's merits.

There is no guarantee that we will take every deal, but if it has merit we would love to take a look!
