Tenant quality has improved a lot and yes its higher crime but we haven't had any incidents.

Although the week after the incident was a nightmare of stress and worry, now it has become an opportunity for improvement.The restorer needed to take the walls and ceilings down anyways so I might as well improve the property now to offer better housing for the next tenant.

So, I lost and never recovered, mentally, ever since.Maybe, those incidences are the reasons tenants are anal about things that landlords think are insignificant.

The alder people who have been working on the regulations seem pro STR they just want regulations in place due to several incidents in our downtown area with parties and violence.

Tenants have put rent in escrow until the repairs are done and are asking for a reduction in rent for the duration of the incident.
