Mike,Thanks for the reply...yeah, I've heard the statistics on lease options, but, I guess if the eventual sale would somehow be guaranteed, my leanings are toward fulfilling the sale and using the proceeds in a 1031 to move into two or three new properties, which would hopefully give me three properties with 80k equity outright in fifteen years...what do you think?

If I were walking away, that'd be different, but I did sign a contract....I plan on not being a foreclosure statistic for as long as I have a job/access to capital. :) If I haven't gotten correspondence in my PO Box (I could not check it Saturday), then I will call my adjuster and advise him I have it down to two guys (who are not the most expensive) that will do the work.
