After a month I came by to collect rent and she wrote me a check and the account had insufficient funds available, so it bounced.

Being able to bounce questions off of the teacher as well as networking with classmates was invaluable.

Personally, I'd prefer to option the property.Due to the extended time period and changing circumstances (and the input from others' influence) there are too many reasons tgat may cause a seller to either not perform or to rationalize bouncing out of escrow. 

As of 9/30/14, the Spread is at 14 ppts, after bouncing from 7-16 ppts since the beginning of 2013, within the warning zone of 15 ppts, and crossing into the danger zone of 10 ppts briefly.

I always see the college riots in the college towns bounce right back no harm no foul.

Will I still get the same bounce from wood floors if the kitchen itself is kind of shabby?
