I agree with the comments about caution around areas that are residential vs tourism.

Marriott just made a huge investment to get a share of the African market there believing there will be a big increase in tourism and the economy.

It is a fast-growing area with lots of tourism.

It's more than other places but so are the opportunities, culture, tourism, and high paying jobs.

Tourism is the natural economic growth area for the region,  and so not much can be expected until Covid runs its course, and then the whole world will be trying to get back on its feet and the competition for tourist dollars will be stiff.
