Hi Larry - my tenant is at will.My VA skills are research, transcribing recorded conversations, copy writing and graphic arts.

I am currently a graphic design teacher, graphic design freelancer, and newly licensed real estate agent.

I don't know you so this is not a comment about you personally, but a startup restaurant is a highly risky undertaking.

Thank you guys (and gal) for the insights, this is a new undertaking in commercial, so this feedback is very insightful.

Oh and hurry up because we want to close.It's a huge undertaking. 

- What legal steps are prudent regarding a financial partnership with my girlfriend (We are planning to undertake this whole effort together)Who I feel I need to meet with: (This is not a solicitation, this is what I have taken away from "The ABC's of real estate Investment")- Lenders, I need to establish a lending partner who can advise me on my short term options and my long term strategic goals.- Real estate agents, I need to start getting in touch with the current state of the market, and start translating the theoretical book learning into practice. 

It's a big undertaking.
