Some of the cons of our location is that it is attached/sharing 1 wall to the front house, the patio is 30 ft up an alley where they walk past our front yard to get to their patio, it is lit and our neighbors have their front door on the same access alley so not a threatening looking alley by any means.

They charged me around $1,400 for a 30-yard dumpster with 6 tons of waste, but I found other companies, like Steel City Hauling, that charge less than half of that.When I called Affordable Dumpster Rental to complain, they threatened to send my debt to collection.

I never really care about complaints people have like many have with companies cause anybody can threaten to sue etc doesn't mean they would win.When I first started in realestate I knew alot before I got on just felt maybe I could do better..I went to a 3 day training very very cheap, upsell is what gets people.

Buyers get spooked easily, plus every year the process gets more complicated with financing, appraisal and inspection issues (which can vary from lender to lender) that could be easily overcome threatening to crash deals without someone experienced in there herding all the "cats" (lol- elements) in the deal to a successful close of escrow.Also most of those comps you are seeing-maybe even all of them- have had a commission and some fees paid by the seller, and the appraisors are aware of that.I hope your home sale goes smoothly.
