So one day, he called 911 and said "if you don't come, something bad is about to go down".And a Sergeant was despatched.The Sergeant, bless his soul, took one look at the property, took photos with his phone, asked for access to the property which was declined by the neighbor, posted a Deputy on the gate, and went and got a search order.

Thanks to all of you that have contributed and helped the many lost souls in real estate, such as myself. 

After doing research and soul-searching, I eventually decided that real estate is the most interesting and exciting wealth vehicle for me.

The worst part is the vultures you will come across, I believe in handling business the old fashion way were a man stands by his word in this business you will see people who will sell there soul for a dollar.

After much soul-searching, I decided that investing locally for now was right for me.  

I basically just show people what we are doing, and if you put your heart and soul take action, you can definitely do this..

Having worked for one of these large funds briefly (they have no soul) I learned the innard workings of the operation and realized that their model is so flawed I knew I had just boarded the Titanic. 

Oh, and who would even be interested in living there other than a lonely soul?...

Do you recommend i use a Soul proprietorship or no entity to start with?
