I would love to see a mentorship series on Bigger pockets that walks one or possibly multiple candidates through the process of investing in their first property.

Have a master entity, a corporation, that manages a series LLC and one other holding LLC.

One hurricane, one downturn, one localized series of job losses, and the house of cards falls. 

I have personal guarantee, Mortgage note, promissory note.Now borrower(investor) neither paying monthly interest, nor responding to any phone call etc.What should be my immediate action. or series of steps.Definitely I will reach out to attorney. but in the mean time, I though asking here, if anyone has any advice.Thanks

You do not need a separate LLC for each property or a series LLC!

Also, if i reply to a series of text messages (with my cleaner, for example) can I log those as 1 minute each to read/reply?

In general, a click-funnel, a call center # (because needs to be answered 24-7), an ascending series to develop a lead in that click-funnel, and a series of mailers that "stack-up" on the messaging of each other. 

At most, while getting approved for the next loan, underwriters might ask you a series of additional questions as to why you're moving especially if the new unit is relatively the same size, area, value. 

And as Chris points out, I could see a series of added expenses being needed.
