Add watermark with your phone number (I use google voice, so can turn off when rented) and company name  all your pictures, so that is in the stolen ads, too.As for where I get people - facebook is a big one, but I don't place the ad there, just let it propagate from apartments.com and from tenantcloud (paid sub).

Also be wary of wholesale and fix and flips that may have adverse tax consequences and need to be insulated in their own separate tax person (corporation) to avoid propagating to your other passive activities.

Most propagated legends of nightmare tenants that they had never experienced. 3) I would scale up to multi units sooner. 4) Private money is like gold and the more you use it the more appears.

I don't know how in this day and age, someone showing properties won't put it on FB/Zillow (Zillow then propagates to Trulia and another site), Apartments.com, etc.
