Paved roads or gravel?

If there is a small section of the driveway that is regularly a problem, have some gravel dumped on it to build it up (I'm assuming the driveway is not paved).Hindsight is great, but if they knew there was a risk of flooding and a part of the driveway that floods, he could have parked his car on a high spot  on the other side of the area that floods.

I did buy a lot in Ocean Shores where the lots are serviced and the roads are paved.

I’m planning on a 2 car garage (inc foundation), pulling in electricity, and I’ll have to pave from the current driveway back 50’ to the garage.

The roads are also paved (a bit of deferred maintenance there), also the homes are laid out sideways like stick built homes, so it's going to look beautiful once it's rehabbed.The only "risky" thing to me is the sewer is on septic.

@Jim Adrian thanks for mentioning the ADA design - the good news is the paved access pathways are pretty good although he'll need to measure for width but everything commercial is on the first floor and pretty wide open.

The issue is that most lenders want to see the roads paved and the houses predominantly owned by the “tenants”.

Will roads be paved or gravel?

If it is just grass, add a few paving stones around the AC unit to keep the grass further away.
