“Courses” are often hype pieces that promote all of the good and underreport the bad.

Also, was there a trust, is it going through probate, are other family members wanting to get their piece of equity? 

Don't split the work between multiple contractors if possible, finding one to do all or most of the work will keep prices down.Challenges were finding replacement pieces for certain items as manufactured homes were very different than stick built as well as going through state guidelines for affixing the house to the land

So really getting contracts Is a piece of cake getting good contracts there’s another story.

Since I'm throwing away everything in the house, except a few pieces furniture that are not damaged, do I still need to treat the bedbugs?

What are some important pieces we need to be working on now that we may not have thought of?

I would have already filed lawsuits - if you know of 10+ typically there is more, and those who get in line first get to eat first - you do not want to be like the guy in office space and sit around and do nothing and not be the one to get a piece of the cake.

Currently the other unit is empty and wasn't sure how to handle the taxes regarding this, so I am looking for refences of an accountant in the Phoenix Metro who does house hack taxes.If you have any other pieces of advice or wisdom for landlord and tenant rights it would be greatly appreciated.
