We have a handful that we manage for clients.

They had said that they would take care of any foreclosure issues and that it would be fairly hands off.

It enables us to keep our money working at our current rate, and it puts more money in the hands of the rehabber.

Completely hands off and skipping the "dirty" people. 

I question if they get kick backs or actually hold ownership in this company.
