I finished my business plan finally recently.

As with most PUDs, the developer handed things over to a management company who immediately started a $400/month assessment once the final unit in the development was sold. 

Oh my gosh Dustin thank you so much for your guidance, those are the final 2 pieces of the puzzle I was looking for.

**Letter of Intent (LOI)**: Though not legally binding, an LOI can outline the basic terms and conditions of a potential deal before the final contracts are drawn up, ensuring that all parties are on the same page.It's always wise to consult with a real estate attorney to ensure that your contracts comply with local laws and protect your interests.

Final comment, it seems complex.  

In October of 2023, my wife and I sold the final two parks of our portfolio to Blue Metrix Group.

Was thankful that this one was finally over.
