The current GM does a lot of the leg work, I think I have opportunity to capture the marketing and booking dollars spent by doing that work on my own. 

Make something unique, then get ready to do a lot of additional leg work and searching!

In the next few years I may be moving back to Pittsburgh so this could be an option for me in the future.I did complete the backyard rehab project myself, where I went from a weed-ridden red cobblestone courtyard patio to a comfortable pea gravel patio with chairs, firepit, grill, string lights and life-sized games.

Has anyone had experience with this issue and know a way to get a good insurance policy that doesn't cost an arm and a leg? 

What are your thoughts on providing infant gear like pack 'n plays and high chairs?

I have it at around $5K for a quality living and dining setup (sectional, accent chairs, coffee table, tv, rug, dining set for 6).

As you earn seniority you picking up extra legs to fly would provide more per hour of your time vs STR.
