There is going to be a special assessment soon of about 2,000 + 2 years of an additional 150/month.I can't deal with tenants calling me constantly with every little thing that is wrong (my pipes tend to clog) so rental would be contingent on tenant handling these things on their own.If I do sell, I would put the money in a mutual fund.What do you think?

His frustration is now "Im done with you (meaning me) after this project is complete".... methinks this might be a two-way street assuming we part mutually adn the job is completed.Not going to name andy names yet as it hopefully will rectify itself, but I will post pictures, and all supporting materials for the world to see if it doesn't.

My goal now is to get as much advise as I can and hopefully gain some contacts to start some mutually beneficial relationships in the industry and to help me decide what is the best strategy for my particular situation before I dive into learning as much as possible about those areas.
