Contactless (online) payments is a big deal given the current state of things during C19, especially with the right platform that allows your tenants more options (ie. debit/credit card option, ACH payments, or even expedited payment processing, along with rent/payment due date reminders, and the ability to report positive payments to TransUnion in order to give your tenants' credit scores a boost; this acts as an added incentive for them in the long run as well).

I was approved for a loan for 350k and have around 18k for a downpayment, however, as I have been finding in the past year while I enhance my "deal analyzing" muscles, it's hard to find anything more than a 2 bedroom for under 400k - and I've really gotten in there - if by chance you do, it'll need thousands and thousands in repairs and we do not have the cash flow for that on top of the mortgage.

So now I need to figure out how to get my money out in 14 days.Here is what I have tried:USAA/ALLY - Dont do business accounts and I already have an account, they wont give me a completely separate account.NOVO - need a US number (I got a dummy number through skype) and only does ACH transfer - not even Zelle, have to go through paypalTransferWise - painful to navigate and again wont do sperate from personnel checkingLocal Credit unions will not allow overseas, telephone confirmation and perm residence address All big banks - charge fees consistantly...so I never explored themHas anyone ever experienced this?
