I am looking for an inspector to do a home inspection in Westland, any ideas or suggestions?

HAHAHAHA I am a HUD inspector and I can tell you that they need work.

How smooth is the process with the 203k inspector approving additional draws?

(Just giving you a general idea).You then have to deal with bad contractors, sub contractors, real estate agents, appraisers, home inspectors, homebuyers who sometimes want the PERFECT house and send you everything that a home inspector even remotely mentions whether it is tiny or not.

Property management, inspector/contractor to walk through prospective properties, realtor obviously.

Such as an RE atty that is a personal friend who I can turn to for legal advise, an uncle that is a home inspector, and also personal connections to a general contractor.

The home inspector recommends that we have a flue liner put in.

It's kind of a fun and unique way to make a living, and I'm particularly looking forward to getting these two other properties since I'm a home inspector and will enjoy going through ten properties with a fine-toothed comb.

The list price is 165K and I am currently waiting for an inspector and license engineer to take a look at it.

I will be getting an inspector and an appraiser out there shortly.
