Rents currently range from 1000-2000$ a month even though each unit is an identical layout. 

I have prosecuted thousands of cases and would not give this one more than a cursory review before closing it, hehe but if you have 15 prior theft charges things would be different.

Nate,this propertie is in Barton/McFarland neighborhood not so worst like Morningside (from the other BP member) but has many burglarys and some thefts there no shootings this year.I know from the other topic there was BP members with help offers check this out maybe you find a good one.

I can't even imagine an applicant giving all that information in this day and age of identity theft.The biggest question, though, is "What are you going to do with that information?"

What perils are covered (fire, theft, water damage, etc..) to make sure the claim would be for a covered cause. 

As for the rent, according to Rentometer, there are currently identical apartments (same bed and bath count and square footage) in the same complex being rented out for $1,650 a month, so I think $1,500 is a bit below market price.

This sounds like the identical problem I have been having.
