I wonder if any BP-er out there is investing in Des Moines, IA.

I understand each city/county may have their own permitting requirements, fees, regulations, etc. but I'm wondering how people are making any return on their investment if it maxes out at 90 day rental.

Now, I am wondering about seeking a better option.

Just wondering if you can somehow combine this strategy with the BRRR strategy

Your mention of inheritance makes me wonder whether your expected gains are as high as you think they are. 

I am sure that people are moving there, I am sure that people are getting good jobs, I am sure that Austin is a wonderful place to live, and the very high expectations for the city’s bright future are all realized without obstacle.
