It consists of one introductory course and four speciality courses in commercial real estate and unlike the superficial courses many "real estate schools" offer, these are heavy into the mathematical and statistical arenas neccessary for proper deal anaylsis.These courses can be used to meet the requirements for a brokers license.

If I were walking away, that'd be different, but I did sign a contract....I plan on not being a foreclosure statistic for as long as I have a job/access to capital. :) If I haven't gotten correspondence in my PO Box (I could not check it Saturday), then I will call my adjuster and advise him I have it down to two guys (who are not the most expensive) that will do the work.

Bureau of Labor Statistics, city websites, CityData.com, etc have much of the data you need, but expect to spend dozens or hundreds of hours parsing the data to get the information you're likely looking for.If you're interested in apartment data for major markets, you can also check out Marcus & Millichap for their city/metro analyses -- they have hundreds of people on the ground in major markets across the country and compile data on a quarterly basis.
