Hi Salvatore,That’s kind of a subjective question, but I can share my experience.

For the kind of money you’re talking to buy multi-family, you need a great inspector and great inspections.

@Roman A Sandlermore important than picking a market is having a plan for building a network.just to be blunt, i think a lot of investors pick a random market using a formula like you did, rather than picking a market where they might have some kind of advantage. 

Assuming you don't rent to students as I don't want to have that kind of liability.
