There will always be motivated sellers who just want to get rid of their property ASAP and are more willing to work a great deal with your investor.A quick question: what makes you think the housing market will crash by next year?

I have a motivated seller who said he doesn't care about his credit or a foreclosure he just wants some money in his pocket.

I decided not to do business with him as he clearly is not a motivated seller and I'd rather not waste my time.

I am motivated and determined, I want to get these wheels turning and start consistently doing multiple projects a year.

What is your motivation behind this?

I wanted to share my story...it's stories like this that kept me motivated and I hope it can do the same for those on the sidelines or those getting started.It's been 7 months and we are about nearly finished with the rehab to our first multifamily complex we picked up in April.

@Jackson Truong i was turned off by the lack of transparency with their motives and the mark up they were trying to make on the properties they were offering.

I personally think having a good deal under contract is the best motivator for finding funding.

@Adam Hollandsworth The great thing about real estate is that there are no rules on how or when to get started, all it takes is motivation and coordination with your team (bank, realtor, etc) to close on a deal.
